Phoenix homeowner, plumber disagree about service contract

COMPLAINT: Ronald Garlikov, Phoenix

I had a preventive maintenance contract with Pipetech Plumbing & Rooter LLC of Mesa. This was the last year of that contract.

I talked to the receptionist and told her we didn't get called for the maintenance. She scheduled an appointment that was then canceled without notice by general manager Tim Kerr.

DESIRED RESOLUTION: I want the service I paid for: plumbing inspection, water heater flush and chemical drain clean.

RESPONSE: Tim Kerr, general manager, Pipetech Plumbing & Rooter LLC

Pipetech Plumbing made several attempts to schedule service. As stated in the contract, it is the customer's responsibility to schedule services.

The customer was verbally abusive to our staff, including making personal threats. We will not jeopardize the safety of our staff.

STATUS: Stalemate
