"I have been having trouble with the freezer in my Kenmore side-by-side refrigerator," Thetford says. "The ice maker was overflowing; there was a pool of ice forming at the bottom of the freezer and a fine frost on everything.
"The handyman had all the parts with him and was able to get everything working. He cleaned up the mess in the freezer and left things looking good. He even called the next day to make sure everything was working correctly. I was impressed and felt comfortable having him in the house."
