"I hired OTW Masonry & Landscaping to remove portions of my sidewalk and install new cement with stone aggregate and additive to match the existing color. After the work was completed, the owner [Kevin Malesic] quickly agreed the work was substandard.
The joints between the new and existing concrete weren't even, and had gaps. He agreed to completely redo the job, if I would agree to be patient as he was entering his busy period.
I waited at least five months. After contacting him several times I've given up. I'm no longer willing to have him redo the work."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want a full refund so I can have another vendor redo the job."
STATUS: Resolved
Editor's note: Costo says OTW Masonry & Landscaping repaired the concrete and he is happy with the finished project, though not the time frame. The member considers the matter resolved.
