"I've been a student at Philadelphia School of Circus Arts for about three years," says Michele Lempa of Philadelphia. "When I started, I could barely climb a rope or hold my body weight for any appreciable amount of time.

"Now I can do pull-ups and sit-ups while hanging from my knees, and I've improved my flexibility and balance. The school is a comfortable environment, and all the teachers and students are very encouraging.

"If you're looking for a workout that challenges you mentally and physically, try a class at Philadelphia School of Circus Arts."
