"I had a problem with my dishwasher that required AHS American Home Shield to send multiple technicians before it was done correctly. However, AHS limits the work they are allowed to perform.
"Such was the case when my refrigerator started freezing food, and my ice maker and water dispenser stopped working. It required three visits from the techs before part of my fridge was repaired. They considered the ice maker a 'luxury' item and would not cover it."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like AHS to fix my whole refrigerator, not just half of it."
