The Pet Staff disappoints LA homeowner
COMPLAINT: Eliza Randall, Los Angeles
I left detailed instructions for The Pet Staff of Los Angeles to feed and water my cats and chickens, as well as water my plants and collect my mail while I was away. They were to keep cat litter boxes clean and water fountains full. However, I came home to two broken pet fountains, an empty food bin in the chicken coop, upset animals, and piles of cat excrement and litter from a broken litter box. My plants and bird fountain were also dry. I called to ask what had happened and was lectured on how my fountains were old and broken when I left and that they maintained the litter box perfectly. I wish my cats could talk and tell me what really happened. Rather than apologize or discuss how to deal with the situation, they announced they weren't the company for me and that they'd be picking up their lockbox. I am completely shocked and appalled. I've used them for years before this and never had any issue.
DESIRED RESOLUTION: I'd like an apology, replacement fountains or reimbursement for the broken ones and the combination to the lockbox they've never collected.
