"Tom Minser of Critter Control was polite when he informed me that the bats in my attic couldn't be removed until late summer, by law. In spring, he explained the process of removal and did an overall house inspection to see if there were other points of entry.
"When he came back in the summer to install a one-way bat escape valve, he and my husband decided if they could encourage the bats to leave with the help of a spray bottle of water, we could replace netting ourselves for a savings of $170. It was greatly appreciated."
