"I visited Jerry Lerma, nurse practitioner at Bandera Family Health Care in San Antonio, for a routine physical. I asked him for the name of an orthopedist in case I needed one, as I have had two knee replacements. The office charged me $183 for that name. My insurance company paid $87 of the $183 bill."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want $96 removed from my bill."
