"I hired Richard Ferrari to do an interior paint job and a major exterior job of removing old aluminum siding, repairing clapboards and shingles, restoring molding, priming and painting, adding a new rubber roof for my porch, repairing cement steps and putting in new windows.
"The quality of most of the work was good, but the job wasn't completed after more than one year. He required down payments and "progress" payments that ended up getting ahead of the work completed.
"He now owes me $11,000 in work contracted and paid for, but not yet completed. He never returns phone calls and has not responded to a letter from my attorney."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want Richard Ferrari to finish the job."
