I hired Decook's Painting to paint the exterior of my house. It was awful. The paint began to peel on the garage later in the year, and Robert Decook, owner, said he would come out to fix it.

He finally came back over a year later to sand it, but never returned to paint it. I called him to find out when he would return and finish the job, but he said he wouldn't. The total project cost $3,000.

DESIRED RESOLUTION: I want him to paint the garage or pay me $400.
