After seven years of fixing up his 1911 bungalow, Jiye Choi says his recent experience with exterior painting means he finally has a contractor worth recommending.
"I decided to go with Danny [Tron, the owner] since his communication was prompt, clear, and he seemed to understand design principles, which is important to me as an artist/designer," Choi says. "He even pointed out some architectural details that can be enhanced using color, which I hadn't realized."
