Never addressed Duane Crockrom's request to have his dishwasher serviced.
COMPLAINT: Jesus Nebot, Harbor City, Calif.
"I hired Kevin Waycaster Sr. to clean one of my properties. He was supposed to get a big container and dispose of debris. He was also supposed to remove mold, cut grass and post signs.
"When I hired him, he was in a rush to get the container that day, so I promptly sent him money. He didn't perform work as expected. I had to make numerous calls to get a hold of him. When I spoke to him, he said there was a death in the family and that he had to postpone work. He didn't show up on later dates.
"I did further investigation and found he had given me the wrong address for his home. I sent him an e-mail demanding my money back. He called and agreed to refund me the money, but I have yet to see it.
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like a refund of $700 plus $55 in transfer fees."
