"Mallard Systems pressure washed my house, driveway and sidewalk, and cleaned my gutters. I called them a few days later to let them know there were a few areas not done to my satisfaction. They said they would send another person out, but nobody came. They said there was nobody going out my way, but they are in Longwood just like me, so I don't know what the holdup is."

Untrimmed tree complaint

COMPLAINT: Sandra Ricciardi, Lady Lake

"I signed up with Pro Cut of Lake County Inc. for lawn service. They came one time to fertilize and started cutting the lawn the next month. I paid that month's bill, although their work was very sloppy.

I asked for two trees to be trimmed after several attempts to contact them. They finally came out three weeks later, but they only cut one tree because they didn't bring a ladder.

They did not fully trim that tree, because it was facing my neighbor's house. They finally came back to do more trimming, but they didn't finish the job completely. I have communicated with the company several times, but the owner has failed to call me back."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want a $382.50 refund."
