Shaw's Heating & Air
Failed to respond to John Frasure's complaint about what he says is an improperly installed heating and cooling system. First month in the Box.
COMPLAINT: John Frasure, Norman
"I hired Shaw's Heating & Air to install a geothermal heating and cooling system throughout my house. They didn't get a permit from the city of Norman. They said everything was done and completed, but when I got in my attic, I saw that they hadn't hooked up my emergency heating unit. It was just lying in the attic.
"I've called them several times to correct this but they haven't. The ductwork they installed doesn't keep the entire house uniformly cool. I've had another company come out and fix everything Shaw's did wrong. They had wired my blower to run on only two speeds - low and medium - instead of three. That's why it was hot in my back rooms.
"I called them to fix this before I called anyone else. The first time I called they said they'd be out within the hour. Three hours later they had not showed up, so I called again and they said they got tied up and would be out shortly. They never showed and now won't answer my calls at all."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want them to pay for the other companies I've had to call because of their lousy work."
STATUS: Penalty Box
