Homeowner Andrew Young says New York plumber Clog Busters broke through his plumbing problem and permanently fixed his sewer line issues.

"The Clog Busters performed a snaking and video inspection of my residence's main sanitary sewer line, which is broken in a couple places, and had been backing up repeatedly," Young says.

Young comments that his sewer line was blocked, but it also has a history of breaks. After calling Clog Busters, he says that Chris McPhillips, the company owner, estimated a two-hour window for the appoint and arrived on time, hitting the mark perfectly.

Another point that impressed Young was McPhillips and his crew's experience and competence. "He and his helper have been working together in the drain cleaning business for years and they easily demonstrated their competence," Young says.

"They assessed the immediate condition, gave me a good-faith estimate before starting the work, and then communicated their progress while doing the work," he says, noting in his review that the job itself only cost $250. "Finally, Chris outlined my options for a permanent fix, their merits and costs, and recommend - I'm confident - the best-value approach. He clearly knows the best reference is a job well done."
