No cure for discolored patio pavers
COMPLAINT: Paul and Marie Gajewicz, Chicago
"We hired JNM Landscaping of Chicago to grade our lawn, and install pavers and a French drain. Now, water will pool up in the doorways of our gazebo and garage doors. The pavers were cracked and laid unevenly.
"They used sealer on the stones less than five days after laying stones, even though the directions clearly stated that stones must cure at least 28 days prior to being sealed. Now, all the stones are heavily discolored.
"They also left heavy bricks in the flower garden and sand everywhere."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "We want JNM to either reimburse us for the amount it will cost us to correct the stone, or settle for the amount of money we have paid them."
