New York remodeler shines under strict guidelines

Angie’s List member Seyna Ba was a little skeptical when she first called Quality Renovations Contractor Inc. of Little Neck, N.Y.

“I live in a co-op with very strict rules about renovations,” Ba says. “I needed new tiles on my kitchen and bathroom floors.”

Ba’s worries were quickly wiped away when Quality Renovations Contractor showed up.

“From the time I called them, they showed up on time for the free estimate and gave me a reasonable price," she says. "They followed all rules of the co-op, provided all paperwork like the co-op asked and did a great job. I was a bit worried about how much cleaning up I had to do after the job was done, but once they finished, they also cleaned up!"

Ba says the company charged her a reasonable $1,500 for the entire project

“I was very pleased and will certainly use him again. Awesome job!”
