Brandy McKenzie says she got solid satisfaction when installing her kitchen's new surfaces.

"Granite By Design removed a kitchen sink and counter tops and installed a new sink, faucet, and granite countertops," McKenzie says. "The entire experience with Dave [Esslinger, the owner] was superior. From the initial call to the final result, we could not be more impressed. We could tell that Dave knew what he was doing and appreciated his patience with all our questions. The entire process was smooth and our kitchen looks wonderful!"

"As far as durability is concerned, granite far surpasses solid and laminate countertops," he says.
