"Sew Much More made window treatments for my home. They picked out the fabric, measured, made the window treatments and installed them. I worked with Monica [Visscher, the owner] in 2006 and had a great experience.

Never responded to Beth Donaghey's complaint about window treatment work she says was left unfinished. First month in the box.
"I hired her again when I moved to a new house in 2007 and now she hasn't finished the job and disappeared. I'm extremely frustrated. She has effectively taken $500 to $1,000 from me by disappearing without finishing the work."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "All I want is the fabric that I paid for returned and hopefully made into curtains as I already paid for the labor."
