"I delivered my 2009 Mini Cooper Clubman to my local car dealership for repairs after a major collision. The dealership sent my car to Custom Auto Craft Collision Center's Glendora, Calif. bodyshop to perform the repairs, but I didn't get my car back for four months.

"After I suffered from repeated misrepresentations, unprofessional behavior, and rude and insulting comments, representatives of Custom Auto Craft promised me they'd assume financial responsibility for my car rental costs. However, when it came time for Custom Auto Craft to pay their share of the car rental, they refused. The car rental agency then billed me for the amount Custom Auto Craft refused to pay."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want Custom Auto Craft to reimburse me $1,351.37 for the rental car expenses they said they would cover."
