"I bought a Toyota pickup truck from Steels on Wheels Auto Sales and paid in full with cash. I was told that I would get the title within the week. It’s 30 days later and still no title.
"I have called eight times since the sale, and they have had eight different excuses for why I do not have the title. I am very upset and nervous about my purchase. The way this situation has been handled is very unprofessional."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want the title for my truck, and I want to know the truth about why it has taken over 30 days to give it to me."
