"I hired Minnesota Fence & Repair to build a fence in my backyard. I paid $1,800 up-front for all the materials.
"It was a terrible experience, with numerous no-shows and no call to apologize or offer an explanation. Not only did I not get the fence, I didn't receive the materials except two gates and some fence posts."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like a full refund, or at least $1,500, since he did bring a few materials."
