"The work included demolition down to the studs; new electrical work; plumbing; moving a gas line to accommodate a new stove location; installing a stove vent hood; insulating exterior walls; new Sheetrock; painting; installing new cabinets; and removing old vinyl flooring and refinishing the original maple floors.
