Ron McConnell says the company fixed a bad turn-off valve in his basement ceiling.

"I e-mailed them explaining the problem and indicated I would be calling them in the morning," McConnell says. "I received a call the next morning and a crew arrived by 10:30 a.m., assessed the problem and had it fixed before noon.

"They were absolutely great. They left the basement cleaned up and were very professional and friendly."
