"I hired Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service of St. Paul to check out a problem between some lines. The worker who came out didn't seem to know what he was doing.
"He charged me a lot of money to investigate the main line and try to clear the drain, but he said he couldn't get through, and I would have to call someone else.
"They also charged an after-hours fee when their website indicated they don't charge a late-night fee. One of their managers apologized and said they would refund this, but never did."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like a $30 refund."
