Didn't respond to Lynn Stephenson's request to reimburse costs to fix a roofing job she says was poorly done.
COMPLAINT: Lynn Stephenson, Milwaukee
"I hired T K Construction to replace my roof, and they completely failed the task. They subcontracted it out to someone who did a horrendous job.
"They tore off gutters that weren't supposed to be torn off, exposed nails, installed courses upside down, lost fascia boards, missed shingles, ruined the chimney flashing, damaged stucco and caused leaking and interior water damage."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want to be reimbursed either for the $12,000 I paid to T K Construction for faulty work, or $6,065 for the cost to repair the roof, according to an estimate from a very reputable roofing company."
