Milwaukee appliance repair company fixes freezer
"Leaking freezers are a fairly common problem on side-by-sides," Scianni says. "Refrigerators need to be titled slightly backward for draining purposes so water can drain in the drain pan. Otherwise, the water will end up on your floor."

Description of work "For quite a long time, the freezer side of my side-by-side [refrigerator] was leaking water onto my kitchen floor and creating a huge ice block on the floor of the freezer. I had to chisel and chop out my food when I wanted to cook it. Since the ice/water dispenser appeared to function properly, which was confirmed by a plumber, I was at a loss."
Member comments "I called Appliance Guy on a Tuesday and they were right there Wednesday morning. Before he [Rob Scianni, owner] even got his cute little miner's lamp all the way onto his head, he had diagnosed the problem. By the time I finished my coffee, which was only half full, he was done! I guess it was a clogged drain in the defrosting mechanism. He was efficient, knowledgeable, dependable and a pleasant guy to boot."
