Mike Lonzo Painting disappoints
I hired Mike Lonzo Painting to remove wallpaper and paint. They promised two coats of paint but only did one. They left gouges in the wall and broke drapery rods and a door latch. Paint was sloshed and dripped in various places.
DESIRED RESOLUTION: I want a $300 refund.

I told the client to take down certain rods, curtains and blinds, and we would move heavy objects and furniture. The client accepted the quote. When the job was finished, she seemed satisfied and paid the balance.
