"Abbott Glass Mirror and Screen worked on my hurricane shutters, sliding glass door and windows. They charged me for things they didn't do, and said they had to charge me for someone to hang out the window [to perform the work] when no one did. I believe I was overcharged for everything."

"I hired Pro Paint & New Wave Design to put white Venetian plaster under five arches for a marble effect. They used the incorrect plaster and it looks nothing like marble. They also used a bonding agent over the plaster before it dried. Now there's water dripping which is affecting a light on the wall and could create mold. I made the mistake of paying him before the plaster dried. I've given them approximately $1,431 of the $1,900 charge."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I'd like a refund of $1,000."
