"I purchased tile from Dolphin Carpet & Tile - Coral Springs. The tile was supposed to be flat, but was instead crooked and in a concave shape. I reordered the tile, and the tile again was crooked. I decided to cancel the order at that point, because I couldn't find other tile I liked there. Dolphin refuses to refund my $2,000 deposit."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want a $2,011.98 refund."

COMPLAINT: Arlene Hathaway, Miami
"I hired Chio's Interior Designs to install window treatments in my home and paid for the job in full. They guaranteed complete darkness in my bedroom. I was concerned that a very minimal amount of light would be visible through the window shade. The installer didn't measure the window properly, so light is indeed coming through on the sides. I contacted the company about this and they say they'll fix it, but have yet to show. Now they won't answer my phone calls."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want Chio's to return and either revise the shade or provide a new one."
