Meticulous shutter installation earns contractor praise

"David [McGeary, the owner] installed new shutters on the front windows of my home and did a terrific, meticulous job!" Pawloski says. "He added decorative strap hinges and hooks, and also repaired ceiling water damage. It was a large amount of work and it was all done expertly."
