Jane Goodin says Sam May's detective work saved her from a nightmare.
"A construction crew found water steadily flowing out of my house," Goodin says. "I called May Plumbing, and within an hour, Sam [May, the owner] was methodically checking each room's walls, ceilings, appliances, fixtures and anything that could be the leak's culprit.
"He discovered one toilet's tank was leaking. Within a few days, the new toilet was installed and I was ready to get back to the original project. My experience with them was a homeowner's dream.
"They were professional and reliable, and by helping me resolve my problem quickly, they demonstrated their commitment to good customer service."

Keeping things simple impressed Jeffrey and Carol Suico.
"They replaced two malfunctioning sump pumps, two sillcocks and a broken connector on the sump discharge line," the Suicos say.
"They identified that the problem was just outside the house, making it a much simpler repair. We were impressed that they attempted the simpler repair instead of immediately trying to talk us into major repairs.
"They were professional, honest and reasonably priced for the high-quality work."
