& Property Management
Hasn't responded to property owner Dawn Clark's request to provide tenant leasing information, warranty contract documents and receipts for repairs. First month in the Box.
COMPLAINT: Dawn Clark, Memphis, Tenn.
"I hired Tiger Time Lawn Care as my lawn care provider/property manager. I live out of state and just own the property. Everything was OK until someone stole both of the A/C units from the rentals. Tiger Time said they would replace them. I had them install the first A/C unit but then had an HVAC company install the other unit.
"After I brought in the other company, our relationship started to go downhill. They seemed upset with my choice, although it was not a personal decision but one for the sake of insurance and having a warranty. They then started to communicate with me less, moved in a new tenant they haven't collected rent from and also neglected to set up the system I have in place to receive timely payment and signed leases.
"At this point there is no communication at all and I will have to go to the property to check it out myself, which is another large expense I'd rather not incur, not to mention finding a new property manager. In essence, I am out of over $3,000 on the air unit and half of the tenant's rental deposit. My guess is they got me for over $5,000. I would never work with them again nor recommend them to anyone."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want them to provide a signed lease from my new tenant and warranty contract information and receipts for air conditioning, stove and refrigerator installation."
STATUS: Penalty Box
