Cherie Azad hired Matthew Lemke Photography to photograph her 5-year-old daughter. "I'd warned Matthew about how sullen she could be when placed in front of a camera," Azad says. "His easygoing nature made her comfortable and she soon forgot about the camera. He captured her being the effervescent child I know - something no other photographer has been able to do."
