Mason reportedly makes mess of Columbus home
COMPLAINT: Thomas Mak, Columbus, Ohio
"I needed tuckpointing and masonry repairs done around my chimney before I could have my roofer finish any repairs. Perry English Masonry Contractor of Delaware, Ohio, told me the work would be done soon, but I didn't hear anything back after calling repeatedly.
"My roofer later took photos for the job, indicating major sections missing tuckpointing. In addition, there's a leak around the chimney area, which wasn't there before.
"Attempts to contact English since have proved unfruitful. His poor customer service, shoddy work and lack of response means a poor grade from me."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I am seeking a full refund."
