Years ago, when iMacs first came out, we got a cheap one off eBay. It crashed not one, not two, but three internal hard drives. I've been a loyal Mac user since the 1980s, but the thing was evil. I suspect it was damaged and refurbished.

It wasn't our main computer, but we needed a solution while we saved up to get a new one. Steve made that crazy computer work without any problems — I swear he's magic!

We call on Steve for regular maintenance as well as emergencies, and he always delivers. That "peace of mind" quality alone makes Steve a real gem.
