Description of work "We had a Thelin pellet stove installed. First, a service person came to our house to check out the environment - if the stove would fit in appropriately. Installation was scheduled for weeks later. Once the stove was installed, the fire was tested and the unit tuned. All debris was cleaned. The fireplace folks were available afterward for questions."

Member comments "Overall, it went very well. They installed our stove without much fanfare and made sure everything was up to code. We also got 20 bags of wood pellets as a promotional gift. Installation took several hours and the final product looked great in our space. This stove has worked so well that we ordered another one several months later for the other end of our house.
