“I hired Calvin’s Concrete to pour a concrete patio on my property. Two months after work was completed, I received a letter from them stating that I may receive a claim of lien for the amount of $516 from their materials supplier.
"The letter assured me that the claim of lien would be settled shortly. That was more than a year ago. I’ve tried contacting them by phone and e-mail several times but they’ve not responded. I had to pay off the lien myself as I was refinancing my mortgage.”
DESIRED RESOLUTION: “I’d like them to reimburse me $516.”
