COMPLAINT: Blaine Fields, San Jose, Calif.

"I hired Woods Roofing Inc. of San Jose to do roof work on my home a number of years ago. The roof did not leak prior to the work. After the work, the first rain of every winter produces a leak. I have had Woods Roofing out four or five times to repair the problem. The last time, a worker said he repaired the problem.

"When I got on the roof to see what he had done, he had stacked some shingles on the roof, that's it. He left the rest of the materials on the ground and never came back. A contact to Woods Roofing produced nothing further."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like the leak fixed."
