COMPLAINT: John McInroy, Aurora, Co.
"I hired Oasis Plumbing to fix a leaky faucet. The plumber was hours late for the first appointment.
"He took two minutes to turn it off and tell me I needed a new faucet, and charged more than $100 for the visit.
"He estimated an hour and a half to put in the new faucet. When he came back, he was hours late again, took five hours to do the job and charged $500.
"He forgot to hook up the soft-water tank, so I had to call him again. After he hooked it up, something was leaking.
"I called the owner, who came out for an assessment several hours late, said he'd be back on a certain day to fix it, and never showed up or called."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like an apology from the owner of Oasis Plumbing and to be reimbursed $200."
