COMPLAINT: Linda Oshman, Lexington, Mass.
"Noon Turf Care Co. of Hudson, [Mass.] came out about six times over the course of the year to fertilize my yard. I questioned their practices, because it never appeared that they did the entire yard.
"I was most angry when I canceled my service, but they showed up anyway to fertilize, claiming I never canceled the service because I had no cancellation number. When I argued about paying the bill, they told me their employees don't make mistakes, but evidently, their customers do."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I wish to have the current bill disregarded and all future services canceled."
