“I hired Tim Garland Flooring Inc. to install ceramic tile on my front porch. I warned Tim there was a low spot on the porch. He said it wouldn’t be a problem, and he’d take care of it.
"The low spot was still there after the job. I called him and he said he’d correct the problem, but nothing happened. Now he doesn’t return my phone calls.”
DESIRED RESOLUTION: “I want Tim to correct the low spot.”
STATUS: Penalty Box
