Landscaping work allegedly goes downhill after first payment made
COMPLAINT: Susan Howell, San Antonio
"I hired SAS Landscape Design of Boerne, Texas, to create a landscape design, replace broken concrete steps, clear all old plants and debris from the front and side yard, and landscape the front, side and back yards. The design was done in a timely manner and revised with my input. After I signed the contract and paid 50 percent of the cost, the service went downhill. I still have debris in my yard, nothing has been planted and tree trunks are still in the yard. They did remove the broken steps, but now I have no steps going into my home."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like the job finished and a discount on the cost."
