"I hired 1st Choice Contracting Services of Land O' Lakes [Fla.] to install new sod in my yard. The workers did a fine job until the supervisor left the job. The front yard grass died because they didn't put down sod properly.

"The supervisor told me the grass died due to a winter freeze, but the back and side yards haven't had any issues. He told me he'd come by to look at this and see what he can do, but he hasn't come by."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like for the supervisor to come to the property and negotiate a discounted price for replacing the front yard sod."
