I hired Premium Lawn & Landscape to grind a stump, remove the roots, and add topsoil and sod to the front yard.

There are many patches where the new grass isn't growing or looks dead. I've called them and haven't been contacted.

Unless the condition of my lawn improves, I'm afraid I will be written up by my homeowner's association. What equally disturbs me is the company's refusal to call me back even though I have already paid them nearly $2,000.

DESIRED RESOLUTION: I want the company to improve the condition of my lawn.

Mr. Fox called the office to state the yard was turning brown and within a week, a manager was sent to look at the property. The manager's assessment was that the lawn needs to be watered and fertilized.

These are issues the customer needs to perform to maintain the lawn. Since receiving this complaint from Angie's List, we've spoken with Mr. Fox, who expressed his satisfaction and the numerous compliments he's received from neighbors.
