Landscaper allegedly refuses to do warranty work
COMPLAINT: John Van Rees, Vancouver, Wash.
"Design Resource Group in Tualatin, Ore., transformed my entire landscape by building a large water feature, deck, sod and patio with plants and accent lighting. I loved the work, but they have not done well in the warranty work. They refused to do any warranty work until I agreed that they are not responsible for $700 worth of water loss due to bad construction of the waterfall. I have dead plants that need to be replaced and they are refusing to do anything about it."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I would like a refund of $5,000."
