"I hired Nature's Design to install a retaining wall in the backyard of my St. Louis home.
"They verbally guaranteed their work, but failed to live up to their word when problems developed with portions of the wall settling."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want them to replace the defective workmanship."
