Kitchen cabinets complaint resolved by Tampa shop
COMPLAINT: Karen Daou, Belleair Beach
I hired The Cabinet Place to install all new cabinets in my kitchen, which included 16 cabinets and two doors for an island.
They'd come out for two hours a day, rip out the old ones and install one cabinet at a time. They were nowhere close to being finished on schedule!
My salesperson has fallen off the face of the Earth and none of the other aspects of the remodel can be completed until the cabinets are in.
All of my appliances have to be redelivered and none of the granite countertops can be installed yet. I've spoken with the owner, Tony Jackson, and sometimes he takes my calls, sometimes he doesn't.
They promise they'll be out on certain days, then don't show. When they finally arrive, they don't do what was promised.
DESIRED RESOLUTION: I want them to deliver and install the cabinet doors.
