Kitchen cabinets blamed in Houston remodeling delay
COMPLAINT: Amar James, Houston
I entered into a contract with Cabinet Shop Inc. of Rosharon for a remodeling project that was supposed to take a week.
I paid a $1,000 deposit. They continued to miss multiple project completion dates and now refuse to return the deposit.
DESIRED RESOLUTION: I want a $1,000 refund, plus an additional $790 in expenses.
