COMPLAINT: Daniel Kite, Kingwood, Texas
"I hired B & K Kingwood Sales & Service of Porter [Texas] to repair my lawn mower. When I brought the mower home, it wouldn't start. They made some adjustments and gave it, but again, it would not start. I sent it to another repair person and it's run well since."
DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want them to repay me for the $50 charge on the unsuccessful repairs."
COMPANY RESPONSE: David Strouse, owner, B & K Kingwood Sales & Service
"At B & K, we guarantee our work. If he would have brought it back, I would have fixed it for free."
